Building Better Windows Since 1998
What started in a small Melbourne workshop has grown into one of Australia's most trusted window manufacturers.
How We Started
Our founder, Graham Fletcher, spent fifteen years working for European window manufacturers before returning to Australia with a frustration: why couldn't local manufacturers match the precision and longevity of European frames?
Rather than accept the status quo, he established our facility with a simple principle—manufacture windows the way they should be made, not the way that's cheapest or fastest.
That meant importing German welding equipment. It meant training staff for months instead of weeks. It meant turning down contracts that would compromise quality for volume.
Precision Manufacturing
Every measurement matters. Our CNC systems maintain sub-millimeter accuracy across thousands of units.
Material Integrity
We source aluminum extrusions from certified Australian suppliers and refuse to compromise on grade specifications.
Long-Term Thinking
Windows should last decades, not years. Our quality control process is designed around longevity, not just passing initial inspection.
Transparent Process
Clients are welcome to visit our facility during manufacturing. We have nothing to hide.
The Team Behind Your Windows
Our manufacturing team includes twelve full-time fabricators, three quality control specialists, and six installation technicians. Average tenure is eight years—unusual in an industry with high turnover.
We don't outsource installation. Every window we manufacture is installed by our own certified team, ensuring the quality of our work extends from factory floor to final placement.
Why We Don't Chase Scale
We manufacture approximately 600 windows per year. Some competitors produce that many in a month.
That's intentional. Mass production requires compromises—in material choice, in quality control thoroughness, in customization capability. We've chosen a different path.
Every project receives individual attention. Every frame is inspected by name, not batch number. Every installation is scheduled with adequate time, not rushed to meet volume targets.
This approach means we turn down more work than we accept. But it also means the windows we do manufacture perform exactly as promised, year after year.
